In January 2024, our client approached us to start a secondary project. I inherited a number of campaigns that were not performing well. I have since optimised the existing campaigns and created new ones, including search, shopping and display campaign types. This was done by making various on-page changes, implementing recommendations, updating audience targeting and keywords, refreshing headlines and descriptions, and much more. The client’s main aim is to increase orders, order value and frequency of purchases. While the project is ongoing, so far I have helped the client to double their website orders.
