Charity Client

Our agency was tasked with assuming full responsibility for the social media channels, content, and overall strategy of a local charity.

Following discussions with various members of the charity, we identified three core audiences. To ensure our communication would be rooted in understanding, knowledge, and sensitivity, we conducted extensive research. Our main aim was to balance the diverse and occasionally conflicting needs of different audience segments. This step was exceedingly important, given that the services provided are directed towards individuals requiring a high level of sensitivity.

We collaborated with our design team to select brand colours, fonts, logos, and image specifications, while also revising their existing mission, values, and goals. Furthermore, our team developed templates for us to use for all social media graphics and content.

We took over their existing Facebook and Instagram accounts and established a LinkedIn profile to help gain visibility and awareness on the corporate side. This initiative yielded significant success, and the client expressed substantial satisfaction with the progress made.

    Eon Visual Media

    At Eon Visual Media, I work with my colleague to manage of all social media profiles, which include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Together, we execute the quarterly that we strategy developed collaboratively. We convene bi-weekly to plan content, encompassing blogs, carousels, videos, industry news, and additional formats. Given that our target audience comprises local companies and SMEs, our content is tailored and segmented by service. We aim to focus on a specific theme each month to enhance interest in the diverse range of services we provide. All graphic materials are created and refined using Adobe Illustrator.

    Landlord Broadband

    At Landlord Broadband, the primary objective was to enhance visibility and outreach within five specific sectors: HMOs, built-to-rent, student accommodation, serviced accommodation, and social housing. To achieve this, I undertook the management and creation of content across various established social media platforms while also exploring opportunities to expand into new networks. The platforms included were Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
